Where are all those unemployed yooofs?

I'm listening to a crisis meeting at work.

We have more work over the next couple of weeks than we can hope to contend with. We desperately need to employ a shit load of packers but there is just no one out there who wants a job.

I thought youth unemployment was at a record high? I'm beginning to wonder whose fault that really is.
