This is the state of the media today
The headline is designed to draw the reader into clicking the article, by making them think that people in control of cars are actually going to be allowed to have the telly on while doing it
But it's bullshit, as the very first line of the article shows:
Motorists in self-drive cars will be allowed to watch television as they travel...
If they're not driving, they're not drivers. It's like having the kids in the back watching a DVD, not having a driver in control of the car doing it
The MSM has always been pretty bad with manipulating the reader, but it's got a whole lot worse over these past couple of years. Have you noticed all the recent headlines that end with, 'Here's how', or, 'With this trick'?
Or even the ones that cut off mid sentence, to try and make you think a deep revelation is just around the corner
They're not news, they're Taboola rubbish that's worth no more than a spot in some crappy womens magazine you find in a doctors surgery. Or the Daily Sport
It's no wonder the media has lost all credibility
