"Inclusive" does not include smokers

MANCHESTER Airport has been ordered by the aviation regulator to improve its treatment of disabled passengers.
Apparently people who need assistance are being made to wait an unacceptable length of time. The airport is on it though:
A spokesman for the airport said it is committed to "providing excellent service and inclusive travel for all customers" but acknowledged there is "further to go".
Yes, there is a way to go. If they were really serious about inclusive travel for all customers, they would have decent smoking facilities. Terminal 2 has an outdoor 'cage' and Terminal 3 has no smoking area at all.

You're asked to arrive two to three hours before your flight, to get through the security circus, in order to do something that makes many people quite nervous, myself included...

...and you can't have a fag with your pint

European airports manage to be a bit more civilised

It's not that difficult, is it. Inclusive, my arse
