Our town is turning into s***

I picked up this one from Tim Worstall. It's a long, rambling Guardian article about water quality in the Mississipi Delta, and TBH, I didn't read all of it, but this quote caught my eye:
He attributed the town’s decades of water problems to white flight that started in the 1960s, and which left Shaw without the tax base to fund infrastructure maintenance.
Talk to any socialist worth their salt, and they will tell you tax in the price we pay to live in a civilised society
The quote above seems to suggest that if you replace a white population with a black one, the system does not get enough tax

I won't delve into what the reasons may be for this, and America is a much bigger country than ours, with different ways of doing things, but I do think there may be a lesson for England here

If we keep importing high volumes of workshy immigrants, and replacing white towns and cities with 'black communities', what is the likely result?

(The title came from the classic movie, 'Blazing Saddles'. It just came to me...)
