Currently:
Yes = 34%
No = 66%

I find it difficult to believe the 'yes' vote could be so high, though I have no idea if the voting is fair or how many are voting.

Derek - It is possible to clear your cache and vote again, although this is the Lancashire Telegraph readers. They can be a snivelly righteous bunch.
