Well it's already happening in America and us Brits just love to follow the Yanks.

Can you imagine the headline if he takes the solicitors advice and asks for a move?

A man was today forced to leave his home of many years due to cigarette smoke from a chain smoking neighbour entering his flat and putting his health at serious risk.

The depressing thing is, smoke won't even be entering this chaps house and he won't really be able to smell it. He will be aware that is lower neighbour is a smoker, and being a rabid anti-smoker, he is just imagining that the smoke is entering his flat.

Two can play at that game. If the smoker gets hassle complain about the smell of bacon, wood burner, cooking smells, leaks, obnoxious odours, noise etc.

Cigarette smoke trumps all because it kills little babies and puppies in seconds.

If you smoke you are already considered to be less than equal to a non smoker. Cigarette smoke seems to be the most pernicious substance on the planet. It is able to seep through walls and persist for years on paintwork etc. etc..

We are watching our country descend into a bizarre shit bin of competing whiners, all trying to get something, even if it a few lines in the local rag, for nothing. Why don't they just grow up, fuck off and leave others alone?

The fucking socialists in Australia banned people from smoking in their own flats a few years ago because of this very thing - it's not getting any better with that cunt, Gillard, in charge!

Mud in the blood - Yeah, it's amazing what fag smoke can do these days. The big tobacco companies must have been breeding a mutant strain of smoke that can seep into non smokers houses and get them addicted.
