The bleat of sheep 2.

Once again I despair.

Woman gets fined £310 for leaving bin out.

Admittedly she could have handled this a bit better, but listen to the sheep bleat about how much of a criminal she is for not bringing the bin in.

Good, it's about the only way these people will learn.

It,s about time more officers got out in the backstreets on Nelson and see the bins left out week in week out not only the bins but the crap as well. I invite these officers to visit Clover-Hill area it's a dump with litter and dumped rubbish everywhere.

Exaggerate for more nannying. Oh, something must be done.

Is it not far easier to remove the wheelie bin from the situation then to have 1000's of 'jobsworths' lurking down down back alleys waiting for a kid to set fire to a bin?
What if we all left our bins out? The whole town would be a bigger sh!t tip then it already is. One easy to apply rule for us all and the job's done!

What if we all left our bins out? We won't.

Truth is it matters not what people think is right here, the reality is the state has no right to make a claim against any citizen in Great Britain under statutes, it is an impostor system making such claims, it is the law of the sea demanding such, this is the reality.

Captain Ranty? Is that you?

So……. if there is no court to make people pay their bill to their internet provider, the provider will fold.
or… are YOU the one that decides which laws are ok and which we can break?
Or…. For the most part, the laws are there to keep us all in check and we have the human rights act ensures that Governments keep in line. It’s not perfect but it works better than anything else at this time.

My emphasis on the mega, mega delusion.

I'm sick of reading this crap about how this poor woman has been hard done by, she broke the law, if you don't agree with the law you can't just ignore it. I am sure muggers don't agree they should be punished or car tax dodgers or dog foulers but luckily for us all you can't just pick and choose which laws to obey. If people feal strongly about what they consider a bad law then work towards getting it changed.

Muggers? Way off on a tangent there.

Baaa!

Dog foulers? What the fuck are they doing to dogs in Lancashire these days? Christ, it sounds worse than wallaby crumbling, and I didn't sleep for a fucking week after seeing that, I can tell you.

Jeez, they sound just like quislings ... l bloody hate them.

l note that they said it's an offence to leave bins out after they've been emptied re some fascist act or other but it's ok to leave them out when the binmen don't bloody empty the things for days/weeks on end ... twats!

AE - Oh yeah, dog fouling is big business round here *ahem*

Smoking - Never works both ways does it

I'd like to think all those approving comments were one person, changing their name many times.

But no, I think there's really a lot of people with the view that 'if the authorities decree it, that's good enough for me, so should be good enough for you'...

Julia - No, unfortunately it is a lot of people. I don't get the "it's law so we must obey it" attitude.

I think it's easier for these people to bend over and demand everyone else does the same, than it is to stand up and speak out. The sheep always opt for the easy life.

One day the state will regulate something that they do. I wonder if that will change their attitude or if they will just modify thier opinions to fit, pretending they always thought like that.

Who takes the chance of leaving their bin out longer than they have to? It could get stolen.

Bucko said...

It could get stolen, burned or stripped for parts but fined for leaving it out? Nah.
