I've practiced for a while now, on an electronic drum kit, but there's only so much you can do on the small pads. I'v been wanting the real thing for a long time and it's finally here. Sixty quid off ebay and a bargain.
I really enjoyed the look of abject terror on my neighbours face as we went up the garden path with a drum kit. They know now that, the next time their four small children start to scream down the entire block, I've got something to come back with.
Good times are ahead, methinks.
