Essentially zero (except amphetamine.) "Accidental exposure" is taken account of, so it's not actually zero, but if you've taken any and it hasn't metabolised out, you'll be over the limit.
It's certainly illegal to have *unconsumed* product upon your person - the difference between possession and dealing being the amount of the aforementioned present.
But simply being under the effect, (without breaking any other laws like the aforementioned drug-drive limit, or acting like a general tit,) I don't believe is an offence.
Most of the activities listed as illegal there deal with production, supplying or possession of unconsumed drugs. None seem to address being *only* under the influence.
Which is possibly why 'drug-driving' is a thing, since it wasn't covered under pre-existing laws.
