I won't link to this Daily Mail article, I'm sure you can find it if you want to, but It's pretty disgusting
Thai blogger faces five years in jail for videoing herself eating a WHOLE BAT in a bowl of soup
She's a food blogger and obviously some people consider this kind of thing food, but I would definately kick her out of bed for eating it
It's not just the bats, the soup contains whole cherry tomatoes. Ugh!
Anyway, there was a couple of contradictory observations in the article that had me confused
Firstly:
According to some experts, bats are said to carry over 10,000 viruses that could be transmitted to humans and start another pandemic.'Just touching the saliva, blood, and the skin is considered a risk.'
So they're disease ridden vermin
But there's this:
He added: 'Besides the concern about the disease in bats, this woman could be guilty of breaking the Preservation and Protection and Wildlife Act, B.E. 2019, because bats are protected animals.'
Why? Shouldn't we be shooting the bastards? Killing them with fire?
Of course the '10,000 viruses' thing could have been deduced by taxpayer funded 'experts' like ASH. Then it would be pinch of salt stuff (Nope, that's CASH)
