Good news. Smoking found to be almost harmless.

Holy smoke! Lack of exercise as deadly as cigarettes.
Did you see in the news that lack of exercise is just as deadly for your health as smoking? Guidelines say that each person requires a minimum of 2.5 hours of exercise to stay fit and healthy.
I must admit, I didn't see that in the news. I must also admit to being quite shocked. We've been told for years that smoking is deadly and causes all kinds of diseases, and now we are told that it's actually as harmless as not being a gym junkie.

I'm also surprised that 2.5 hours of exercise is all a person needs. I spent an evening rollerskating in 1992, so that's me done then.
