It's not even about public health anymore -- actually, it never was, but that's another thing altogether. <br /><br />It's about forcing compliance on the public. It's in part a class war -- and has anyone noticed that it's usually the incredibly wealthy (like super nanny Bloomberg) who are enforcing their puritanical beliefs on the public? <br /><br />It's a means of control, primarily.
