The more money can be gotten out of McDonald's and Burger King will serve as good punishment on top of banning all advertising completely and banning all new restaurants from being built while delicensing those already in operation. And those billions in settlement money will save lots of children from a life of misery if it gets paid into the charities and government agencies who can prevent Big Fast-Food from ever harming another child again.
